About the Quit Targa West - Western Australia Tarmac Rally
Quit Targa West is Western Australia’s premiere annual tarmac rally event running from the 25-28 August 2011. During the event, competitors traverse nearly 1000 kilometres over three days. Many east-coast based racing teams travel west for Targa, including notable racing identities such as “Gentleman” Jim Richards..
Commencing on a Friday morning during the hustle and bustle of Perth’s CBD for an official rally start. This is an ideal opportunity for sponsors to promote their products as this area has both radio and television media covering the rally start. The rally snakes its way through metropolitan Perth all the way to Toodyay’s town site. There is an evening show and shine in the heart of Northbridge, again an ideal opportunity for sponsors to promote their products. Then culminating on Sunday with a brand new “Killarnee City of Perth Super Stage” on Perth’s foreshore reminiscent of the old Rally Australia.
These are ideal opportunities for sponsors to promote their product.
