Quit Targa West 2010 Tarmac Rally

GTI Performance Centre entered its Mitsubishi EVO 8RS - Tarmac Rally Car into the Competition Category (Modern) of the Quit Targa West 2010 Tarmac Rally.

The 2000cc engine was built, fitted and tuned by GTI Performance Centre with all possible modifications which are allowed under CAMS Tarmac Rules being carried out to maximize the performance of the vehicle.

The results speak for themselves. Mixed in with some very exotic cars, after four days of competition we finished a credible 8th outright in a field of 75 cars. Also setting the fastest time on the notorious Zig Zag, even beating "Gentleman Jim Richards".
